Sinetac's RNC performs outstandingly in terms of noise reduction, driving experience, and cost control.


With long-term research on hardware and algorithms, RNC has two advantages. Firstly, it has broadband noise reduction and excellent performance, covering all energy ranges and frequencies of road noise. Secondly, it has millisecond level startup response, extremely high stability and robustness.





The second is the freedom of arrangement and ultra-high cost-effectiveness. Not only is the microphone and acceleration arrangement relatively free, but the pickup algorithm overcomes the strong sensitivity to position, and the embedding position of the algorithm is also relatively free. Because the pickup algorithm consumes less resources, it can be flexibly embedded into power amplifiers or cabin domain control DSPs. This design can greatly control costs.





Taking the data at 60km/h in the Magis test field as an example, with the four self-developed accelerometer configurations, the standard version of the solution can achieve a noise reduction level of 5 decibels and peak frequency noise reduction of over 10 decibels.

The traditional method of engine noise reduction mainly involves attaching soundproofing cotton and shock absorbers to parts such as firewalls, engine compartments, and engine covers to reduce noise, which is more common in high-end car models.





In contrast, Sinetac ENC does not require any additional hardware. It only needs to read the speed of the hybrid or extended range engine and other vehicle engine signals, use algorithms to calculate the noise of different order features of the engine, and then emit sound waves with opposite phases to the noise from the in car speaker system for mutual cancellation, which can effectively reduce engine noise.





The peak noise reduction of the main order of the engine exceeds 10 decibels, and the total sound pressure level of the roar is reduced by 5 decibels, covering 2-6 orders. Through continuous optimization and iteration, the sound pickup technology currently has a self-developed algorithm with a computation cycle of less than 200 microseconds and minimal resource consumption. It can be flexibly deployed in vehicle SOC, power amplifiers, or external modules.


It is precisely these technological advantages that enable the ENC of sound pickup technology to perform excellently in noise reduction performance, achieving multi-stage efficient noise reduction, rapid intelligent adjustment response, and matching with engine calibration to achieve fuel saving effects.

Personal Sound Control technology, as an emerging innovation in the field of automotive acoustics, is gradually changing the audio experience inside the car. With advanced audio processing technology, it creates an independent auditory space for each passenger in the car, ensuring clear and non interfering sound and improving ride comfort.


Specifically, let's take a look at the current demo of the sound pickup technology and the configuration plan provided to customers for proof of concept (POC). At the hardware level, in addition to reusing the car's speakers, Pick Up Technology has also developed its own headrest speaker, which can balance directionality and regional energy concentration. At the algorithmic level, sound pickup technology considers multiple dimensions, covering active noise reduction in various environments as well as adding active noise reduction for human voices. At the same time, it introduces technology points such as Active Sound Wave and sound design to achieve higher isolation and a more friendly and comfortable independent sound zone for each seat.





In the POC project, Sinetac has achieved remarkable technological results, with a sound energy isolation of 99%, equivalent to a noise reduction effect of 20 decibels.
